We are born creative but we can gradually lose that innate ability as adults. If you want to come up with great ideas, solve problems easily, have the freedom to explore new approaches to be different and more successful in your professional and personal life then this is the workshop for you. Participants will learn to break down creative mental blocks, techniques to boost their creative potential, as well as be able to start their own creativity project on the spot with a series of exercises and exploration of new creative methods.

Coach Sonya J. Sabbah is a British/Lebanese Master Certified Coach Trainer and Certified Executive and Behavioural Coach & Trainer, author, Personal Branding Strategist as well as the founder of EFLA. She has trained and coached many executives and heads of top organizations as well as corporate talents. She graduated from the University of London with a law degree and worked as a lawyer in the humanitarian field as well as a journalist following that. She founded Excellence First in 2008 (now Excellence First Leadership Academy) and has been going strong ever since. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the Lebanese Coach Association (LCA) and a member of Lebanese League of Women in Business (LLWB), and appears as resident expert on various media outlets as well as writes for a number of local and regional magazines.
