OUR AIM
Who We Are
Excellence First Leadership Academy (EFLA) was founded in 2007 by a former lawyer and journalist who believed that being a leader is about reinventing yourself and having the courage to change for the service of others. After moving to Lebanon from London, she discovered that there was a lack in the market in relation to developing skills for leaders and professionals. She established her own training and coaching business, emphasizing on leadership, communication and behaviour as core skills, by developing courses and sessions to fit the market’s needs.

Our vision is to improve lives and create a better future for others by shaping, developing and branding world-class leaders. We create transformational leaders who, reform and revolutionize their environments. We foresee a world where only authentic and ethical leaders lead and reproduce future leaders. We aim to inject a benchmark of ethics, authenticity and excellence in every leader.

Our mission is to train, coach and consult on essential leadership development topics, practices and branding strategies. We use creative and cutting edge methods to offer you quality and a personalized service. Our goal is to produce world-class leaders who create a better world to live in.
