Christina Kashar

Christina Kashar is a coaching expert certified in developing business & personal skills, executive coaching and capacity building.

As the first “Motivational Speaker” in Syria, Christina is a nationally accredited Trainer by the Ministry of Administrative Development (Syria).

She walks the talk to establish an “esprit-de-corps” amongst all her clients, and instill in them the sense of urgency for success. She is a one Minute Coachpreneur” personifying the quote “Take A Minute: Look At Your Goals, Look At Your Performance. See If Your Behavior Matches Your Goals”.

Christina started her career in 1994 as a sales co-ordinator with the Marriot International group and after 17 years in the field of sales, she earned her coaching certification from the European Union through the European Business Center.

Christina trained over 125 companies, ministries, international organizations as well as business leaders in the Syrian market. She also lectured on Personal Development Skills for 2 years at the University of Damascus.

She received 3 international awards in “Creativity in Business”, voted by the Iqtissadi Syrian Magazine among 60 Syrian Iron Women for 2011, as well as the first Arab to be mentioned on the Blue Ocean Strategy success stories’ website. In 2013, Christina was honored by the President of the University of Damascus and the Syria Trust for Development – Business Clinic for her volunteering efforts in developing Syrian youths. In 2017, she launched her motivational radio show “We can with Christina” on Melody FM (Syria).
