Option 1: Certified Leadership Coach (2-days)

A two-day training (or up to 14 hours) includes a 420-page coaching manual, 5 best-practice coaching toolkits and certificate of completion. This is an introduction to Executive & Leadership Coaching. When an individual completes this course and decides to later upgrade to either Option 2 or Option 3, they will be able to do so by paying the additional fees and the hours already completed will be subtracted to be added to the option they opt for.

Option 2: Certified Executive & Leadership Coach (60 Hours) 

A Total of 60 hours (or up to 4 to 6 months of weekly meetings) which includes 420-page manual, up to 11 best-practice toolkits and practical exercises and assessments. A certificate of Completion will be issued at the end which will allow you to practice as a Certified Executive Coach and will entitle you to subscribe a s a member to the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Option 3: Certified Executive Coach Plus (60+ hours)

This is a coach training program delivered online by our affiliates in the USA, the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) where you will get 60+ hours of learning and full access to the CEC portal (Mentoring not included). All topics (in option 2) will be covered and you will receive a certificate of completion which will allow you to practice as a Certified Coach and entitle you to subscribe as a member to the International Coach Federation (ICF). This is a purely online learning program and if you would like to be referred to the CEC, please contact us and we will be more than pleased to offer our support.
